VALORISATION OF THE AGRICULTURE

One of the aims of the Viviorobie Project is to valorise the agricultural world of the Val Tartano.
Historically agriculture has been a fundamental resource for this area.
Through several interventions we aim to improve the mountain stables in order to serve the pastures better, to increase the production of local products of high value, such as IL BITTO a typical cheese of the Valtellinese Orobics and to promote the agricultural mountain traditions.

We are speaking about the alpine pasture area of Sona and Val Lavoro (suna e vallāur to be precise!)for which the actual and indispensable CEE certificates allow us to continue to be within the EU regulations in order for us to continue producing cheese and ricotta in our ancient traditional way, without harming the health of the community.
